Data Handling
Call recordings and AI-generated transcriptions are stored securely and access is limited to authorized LNO Boutique personnel. Recordings and transcriptions are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and are then securely deleted. Surveillance footage is stored securely with restricted access and is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security purposes before being automatically overwritten or deleted.

We will never sell your photographs or likeness to third parties. Images are used solely for LNO Boutique’s own marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
8. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited information with advertising and analytics partners so that we can measure which of our advertisements lead to bookings, and so we can show our advertisements to people likely to be interested in our services. Under Colorado law this sharing is called targeted advertising, and you have the right to opt out of it — see Section 12.
Otherwise, we share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Advertising Partners: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, as described in Section 9.
- Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our business, such as our appointment booking platform, payment processors, email/SMS communication platforms, phone system and AI transcription providers, website analytics tools (including Microsoft Clarity), and website hosting providers. These providers are obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information — including call recordings, surveillance footage, or transcriptions — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Protection of Rights: We may share information to protect the rights, property, or safety of LNO Boutique, our clients, or others.
Your SMS consent and phone number will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Call recordings, transcriptions and surveillance footage are never shared with advertising partners.
9. Cookies, Tracking Technologies & Advertising
Our website uses cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze website traffic, and deliver relevant content. These technologies may collect information such as your browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our site.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API. When you book a visit, or buy a gift card or package through our website, we send Meta a record of that purchase — the amount, the confirmation number, and identifiers used to match the purchase to a Facebook or Instagram account.
Those identifiers include your name, email address and phone number, which are irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) in your browser before they are sent. We do not transmit your phone number or email address to Meta in readable form. Hashing lets Meta check whether one of its accounts already matches; it does not let Meta recover the original value from us.
We also send your IP address, browser user-agent, and Meta’s own advertising cookie, which are not hashed. Meta’s handling of this data is governed by its own terms at facebook.com/legal/terms/dataprocessing.
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors find us and which advertisements lead to bookings. Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how visitors interact with our website. Clarity is a behavioral analytics tool that collects:
- Session Recordings: Clarity may record your browsing sessions, capturing mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and page navigation. These recordings help us identify usability issues and improve our website layout and content.
- Heatmaps: Clarity generates heatmaps that show aggregated data about where users click, scroll, and spend time on our pages.
- Performance Metrics: Clarity collects data on page load times, JavaScript errors, and other technical performance indicators.
Clarity does not collect passwords, payment details, or other sensitive form field inputs, and sensitive input fields are automatically masked in session recordings. Microsoft Clarity uses first-party and third-party cookies to function, and data collected through Clarity is processed by Microsoft in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. For more information, visit clarity.microsoft.com.
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, or set your browser to notify you before a cookie is stored. Please note that disabling cookies may affect certain features and functionality of our website. To stop us sharing your identity with advertising partners, use the control in Section 12.
10. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure payment processing through PCI-compliant providers, restricted access to personal data, secure storage of call recordings and surveillance footage, and controlled access to AI-generated transcriptions.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
11. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods include:
- Phone call recordings and AI transcriptions: Retained for a reasonable period necessary for quality assurance and record-keeping, then securely deleted.
- Surveillance footage: Retained for a limited period for security purposes before being automatically overwritten or deleted.
- Photographs and videos: Retained for marketing use unless you request removal.
- Client account and appointment data: Retained for the duration of our business relationship and as required by law.
When your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
12. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Opt-Out of SMS Marketing: Opt out of text messages by texting STOP to any message from us.
- Opt-Out of Email Marketing:Click the “Unsubscribe” link in any promotional email.
- Opt-Out of Photography: Inform any staff member that you do not wish to be photographed, or request removal of existing photos by contacting us.
- Opt-Out of Behavioral Tracking: Disable cookies in your browser settings to limit data collected by Microsoft Clarity and other analytics tools.
- Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising: Use the control below, or contact us.
Turning this on stops us sending your name, email address and phone number to advertising partners from this browser. It does not remove advertising cookies already stored by those partners — clear those in your browser settings, or contact us and we will handle it by hand.
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out request. You may also opt out by emailing info@likenootherboutique.com or calling (720) 967-0000, and we will action it within 45 days as Colorado law requires. We will not charge you a different price or give you a lesser standard of service for opting out.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not process personal data for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
If you are a Colorado resident, you have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), including the right to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and opt out of targeted advertising. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond within 45 days. To submit a CPA request, contact us using the details in Section 16.
13. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete such information.
14. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, such as our booking platform, social media pages, or review sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
